If there is no one else on duty the woman is SOL. Some companies require their pharmacists to dispense (Walgreens) but many do not. Kind of related. Everybody has personal beliefs, morals, and values that differ from those things required in our jobs. Everyone else has to suck it up and do their job... why should they be any different?
