Mon dieu (that is one of the pathetically few stupid things I know how to say with confidence in French), this is brilliant & wise & fun & I love you.

We leave Sunday for London, then on to Paris next Friday. Wow, serendipity. This is how I want to travel – and sometimes I get it right despite myself; I will make a greater effort knowing your spirit guides me
