My theory is wash your hands, and don't touch your face (and the fairly obvious, avoid the center of any outbreak) and get over it. I had to ban the CNN coverage that my husband watches constantly because after the 3rd hour of hearing about how we are all going to die I wanted to stick hot pokers in my eyes. I am over it also.
