  • Mary Alice says:

OK, that was the first time I actually laughed while watching one of these town hall meetings, instead of just beating my head repeatedly on a hard surface. Good on ya, Barney Frank

  • Dot says:

I loved it. It’s about time that the Dems grew a backbone and begin telling the true kooks just how pathetically ignorant they are. If we need to argue, let’s at least start at a sane level.

  • MAYBELLINE says:

Do you know anything about the gal asking the question?

  • Zaphod says:

The “gal” asking the question is a Lyndon LaRouche supporter. If you don’t know who he is, Wikipedia is your friend.

  • Aaryn says:

@Zaphod: Ha! Thank you for covering that and moreso, for picking up on “gal” (I did a fist-pump in the air, I was so happy). The use of it was part of the reason I chose not to respond at all. The other part is because Maybelline, bless her determined heart, likes to ask lots of questions based on right-wing thought process, but is hard pressed to give any thoughtful answers to those I pose in response. • I love his line, “I haven’t had a secret in 21 years” Barney Frank is the REAL DEAL.
