One comb out, a few tears, a great new stylist and 3-1/2 hours later (no, that’s not a typo), this is what her hair looks like. She chose the “clicky-clackies” and her birthmother chose me.
Three hours plus is a long time for a little one to sit still. The pink and green are a great combo. If the smile in the first shot doesn’t say “trouble’s comin’” I don’t know what does. Adorable.
My 15 year old got dreads for Christmas. 4.5 hours of torture by 2 women armed with crochet hooks. He loves the dreads, though, but doesn’t really look forward to the periodic regrowth sessions…
she may have gotten that beautiful hair from her birth mother, but the attitude clearly is from you Ms. Aaryn!
I agree that smile says “trouble comin’!”
Wow. When I saw the first shot I thought, “Did Aaryn do that? That’s amazing!” Must take so much patience on everyone’s part. She looks fab.

Ruby is simply beautiful
This looks *way* cuter on her than it did on me when I had it done in Costa Rica…but then again, I’m a 30-year-old white girl from Vermont…
She is gorgeous!!
She’s as beautiful as her mama.
I admire anyone with that type of hair. Dang. That’s got to be tough. She’s a doll.
adorable! love the swingy, clicky sensation of the do!
I am pinching her cheeks on my monitor. It still takes me 3+ hours at the salon, LOL! A good stylist is a godsend.
She is Stunning!

Seriously. HOW??? I can’t get Ellie to sit for three and half MINUTES of hair-styling.
(Seriously. Is it ‘ludes? You can tell me.)
